USAF Reserve (FS98 virtual)


The Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) is the reserve of the United States Air Force (USAF). The AFRC personnel are required for duty one weekend each month, with an additional 15 days of service annually. Paradise Air Tours and GLOBAL Freightways virtual FS98 pilots are now able to fly KC-135 Stratotankers and other aircraft on there weekends. You will find airbases and aircraft soon on this website. 392nd Air Refueling Wing, Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC virtual FS98)

Constituted in 1943 as the 392nd Bomb Group, equiped with B-24, based at Barksdale AFB, inactivated 1949. Reactivated as the 392nd Strategic Missile Wing in 1953, based at Vandenberg AFB, deactivated 1961. Virtual reactivation in 2003 as 392nd ARW, equiped with eight KC-135A Stratotankers and a sole C-135B Stratolifter, based at the „Castle Joint Air Reserve Base“ in California (former Castle AFB).
