KC-135A Stratotanker

The KC-135A Stratotanker is the backbone of the USAF tanker fleet. The Stratotanker’s principal mission is air refueling to Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps aircraft as well as aircraft of allied nations. The fuel load in the center tank of this FS98 model is the payload (transfer fuel). Keep attention to the fuel load! The take off distance with completely filled tanks requires a 14’000 ft runway! To take off from shorter runways you have to reduce the payload accordingly.
